Talk to a person
velt is run by one person, so this is not a support desk with a ticket number. It is a mailbox, and it is read.
The address
hello@velt.lol- Abuse and safety
- abuse@velt.lol
- Copyright notices
- copyright@velt.lol
- Postal address
- In the imprint
There is a faster route for these
- A page, a file or somebody on this service
The report form takes it without an account, and the two worst categories take the content offline before anybody reads the report.
- A copyright notice
That process has required elements and its own address. A notice sent here is not a valid one.
- You cannot sign in
A reset link is faster than we are, and it arrives in seconds.
Or write it here
It becomes an ordinary email to the address above. Nothing about it is stored on this service.
If somebody is in immediate danger, contact your local police. velt can take a page down; it cannot do that.
