Nothing costs money
There is one plan, everybody is on it, and it has everything. No paid tier, no allowance that is smaller than somebody else’s, nothing switched off until you pay for it. This page exists so that the answer is written down somewhere rather than being something you find out by looking for the catch.
velt is opening. A new service arguing that its numbers can be trusted does not open by explaining which half of itself costs money.
Whether that stays true forever is not a promise anybody should make, so it is not being made here. What is promised is that everyone who is here now keeps everything they have, permanently — that one is in the terms rather than on a marketing page.
Never behind a wall
The view counter, where those views came from, the public explanation of how they are counted, and the refusal to show anybody a visitor’s address. The entire argument of velt is that its numbers can be trusted, and a trustworthy number that costs money is a marketing claim.
The verification mark is not for sale either, for the same reason. The competitor this is measured against sells theirs, which is exactly why nobody believes it.
Already here
Everybody who has an account right now has every feature there is, and every one added afterwards, permanently and at no cost — whatever this page says on some later day. That promise is in the terms. It is worth more the more the rest of this industry paywalls, so it is not going to be quietly eroded.
