How to use it
- 1Type your text in the box.

- 3Press Copy and paste it into Discord: your display name, About Me, a status or a channel name.
Questions
- Does fancy text work in Discord names?
- Yes, in display names, server nicknames, About Me and statuses. Your Discord username, the one after the @, only takes plain letters, numbers, dots and underscores, so styled letters will not go there.
- Why do some letters show as boxes?
- The readerโs device has no drawing for that character. Most phones and computers have all of these; some older ones miss the rarer styles. Bold, Italic and Sans are the safest.
- Can screen readers read it?
- Often not well. A screen reader may read each symbol out by its name, so keep important words, like your name in a server, in plain text.
- Is it free?
- Yes, with no account. If you want a page where your name has its own font, effect and colour, a velt page is free too.
